Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in The Colony, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.

The scope of work consists of the converting racquetball court to functional training room, removal of existing wall panels and flooring. The scope of work includes, but not limited to, mobilization, demolition, electrical and lighting, HVAC, etc. Successful bidder will adhere to Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) guidelines while on the construction site at all times. The successful bidder will be required to furnish Payment and Performance Bonds for 100% of amount bid from a Surety licensed to do business in the State of Texas, within fifteen (15) days of the bid award. The winning bidder, upon City acceptance, will be required to provide the City with a minimum two (2) year maintenance bond. The maintenance bond shall be in the amount of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000.00) or ten (10%) percent of the amount of the contract, whichever is greater, but not to exceed one hundred (100) percent of the contract amount. All prices quoted shall be F.O.B. destination, The Colony, Texas. Any bids received after the time listed above deemed non-responsive. All bidders invited to bid opening, attendance not required. City of The Colony reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in any bid, and to accept in its discretion for the best interest of the City of The Colony
