This is the Matra multifunctional sports center, located at 204, 2e Rang de Jersey Sud, in Saint-Martin-de-Beauce, QC. Although the project does not involve demolition directly, it includes some adjustments to the existing elements to allow the integration of the new refrigeration system. An in-depth survey must be carried out by the contractor on this subject. Note that the work is of the "turnkey" type and therefore includes all the related elements required for a complete and functional installation (architecture, trench, concrete slab, electrical connections, etc.), in particular, but not limited to: - Ground preparation and exterior reinforced concrete slab under the refrigeration unit, with fenced enclosure (8' minimum) and locked access door. - Supply trench for the refrigerant pipes, including the drilling and leveling required. - Complete refrigeration works - Electrical connection works of the refrigeration unit. - Modification of existing skating rink bands for the installation of refrigerated mats. - Any related work.
