SCOPE OF WORK Base bid includes the renovation of roughly 1,300 SF of existing lab and back of house space in the basement of Civitan International Research Center to accommodate the relocation of the OBGYN Lab. The scope of work in the basement will include major interior and MEP renovations for new lab space and a breakroom area with an office and freezer storage. New lab casework will be furnished and installed by owner. There will be an add alternate for roughly 950 SF of minor interior renovations of office space on the third floor with the intent to add more enclosed offices and some open workstations
