Renovation of a municipal facility in Wyckoff, New Jersey. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of 11/14/22 Owner confirmed no bids received. A timeline for the rebid date of this project is not yet available. Each proposal must be made upon the prescribed forms furnished with the contract specifications. A Bid Deposit must accompany submissions in the form of a Bid Bond, Certified Check, Money Order, or Cashier's Check equaling of the bid but not to exceed $20,000. An unconditional consent of surety is also required to submit the proposal. Each proposal must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and shall be addressed to the TOWNSHIP CLERK'S OFFICE and delivered at the place and hour mentioned above. Envelope or Package must be endorsed, CONTRACT #2022-01 - AUDIO-VISUAL UPGRADES TO MEETING ROOMS. 1. This solicitation will be awarded via a Fair and Open Process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5 et seq. 2. Bidder must be registered with the State of New Jersey at the time of the contract award. Bidders will be required to present a copy of their Business Registration Certificate (BRC). 3. Bidders must provide an Ownership Disclosure Affidavit with the bid proposal; failure to provide the same is a non- waivable defect. 4. Bidders must comply with N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
