The Technical Scope of Services for this Contract is to provide PMC Services to support MTA in managing and coordinating this PMC Project and coordinating the work with other Projects. The PMC Consultant services shall be performed under the general direction of the MTA C&D Project Chief Executive Officer. Both Package No. A and No. B will be awarded as a single Contract.
