Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Grayling, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
Removal of the existing wood shingles and installation of approximately 1,000 square feet of new cedar shingles on the Chapel, another approximate 3,400 square feet of new cedar shingles on the Bunkhouse, and approximately 325 square feet at the Pavilion (next to the bunkhouse). The typical work will be removal of the existing wood shingles, repair of any deteriorated plank or deck, repair of deteriorated eave /rake fascia, and the installation of and new #1 grade cedar shingles. The work shall include a new cedar breather underlayment where noted.
