No definite date for the rebid.** Warren County Historical Society will accept sealed bids for Warren County Historical Society Selective Exterior Repairs 2022. This project consists of Exterior Roof and Dormer Woodwork Repair and Painting. This will be bid as one (1) General Construction contract. Questions regarding this project should be directed to the architect at (814) 452-2414. Addenda, if any, will be issued to only those persons whose names and addresses are on record as having obtained the contract documents. This project requires a 10% Bid Bond, 100% Performance Bond, and 100% Payment Bond. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates apply to this project. Bids may be held by the Warren County Historical Society for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of opening. The Warren County Historical Society reserves the right to accept or reject all bids or to waive any information in the bidding.
