For the following construction project: Aiea District Park Gymnasium Roof and Interior Improvements Questions relating to this solicitation shall be emailed to Amy Chang at bfspurchasing@honolulu.gov. Replace damaged roof top screen enclosure steel frame and anchor brackets with new galvanized steel frame and anchor brackets. Remove and reinstall existing pre-finish zinc aluminum coated steel wall panels. . Replace existing gymnasium single-ply roofing and insulation system with modified bitumen membrane roofing and thermal insulation system. . Replace existing steel roof deck and purlins, ledge with new galvanized steel deck and purlins. . Replace existing roof hatch with stainless steel roof hatch, safety railing and gate. Extend existing wall mounted steel ladder, provide existing steel ladder with an extendible safety post, and a rail and harness fall arrest system. . Replace existing sheet metal copper flashing, drain leader, gutter, downspouts system with stainless steel. Provide new stainless steel roof drain gutter and outlet, full weld all joints and connections. . Repair and or replace existing damaged steel framing members . Replace fire proofing coating system for roof steel framing and decking . Repair concrete spalling at wall, ceiling and beam. . Repair water damaged ceiling and wall, air duct in team locker . Replace all existing interior and exterior downspout system with schedule 40 pvc downspout system. . Replace exhaust fans, backdraft dampers with new exhaust fans, curbs and flashing, electrical power wiring, control and panel. . Replace roof top exhaust duct, flashings, screens, support posts fume hood with stainless steel duct, flashing. . Apply fluid applied roof coating system over top of exterior wall and drain gutter. . Replace mezzanine level recessed hardwood flooring system. . Replace basket ball court wood bleachers with movable aluminum bleachers, cut and reconnect score board control. . Replace basketball court exit doors door bottom and meeting stile
