Washington County is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for professional Construction Management Agent Services (CMA) for construction delivery of a new West central Service Center. The current Woodbury Service Center located at 2150 Radio Drive in Woodbury, needs significant repair and renovation, is unable to provide County services at a suitable level of quality and efficiency and lacks the flexibility to accommodate current and future programs and does not meet the energy efficiency and sustainability standards set at other County facilities. Access to the site and parking are both inadequate in quantity and confusing to customers as the building is adjacent to the City of Woodbury Public Safety facility.
