As of October 10th, 2022, project was awarded to Jacobsson Engineering Construction, Inc. in the amount of $1,498,267.98. The furnishing to City of all labor, equipment, materials, tools, services, transportation, permits, utilities, and all other items necessary for Pedestrian & Roadway Safety Improvements, City Project No. ST-134, (the Project). At said time, Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after said time shall be returned unopened. Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 calendar days after the Bid opening date. This project consists of the construction of a variety of pedestrian and safety enhancements throughout the City which may include but not be limited; to the removal, replacement, or reconfiguration of existing striping, asphalt and concrete removals, construction of raised pedestrian refuge and divider Islands, installation of flashing beacons and safety signage, concrete curb construction, asphalt repairs, and other improvements, and all associated work for a fully functional project. All work to be constructed and performed in a workmanlike professional manner, and to the satisfaction of the City.
