Renovation of a mixed-use development in Sunnyside, Washington. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a office development; and residential development.
Sunnyside Housing Authority invites qualified architectural firms (Architect) to submit their Statements of Qualifications to provide all required professional services, including general architectural services and drawings, construction contract preparation, construction management and general project oversight for two purposes: for HUD Public Housing residential rehabilitation and for the renovation of a multi-purpose building to administrative offices. HUD Capital Funds have been awarded for the rehab of 140 public housing apartments. The HUD Capital Fund scope of work will be based on designated work items taken from the Housing Authoritys 2015 - 2019 and 2020 - 2024 Five-Year Action Plans.
