The qualifications statement shall be no more than four (4) typed, single sided 8 1/2 " x 11" sheets in length. Anything in excess of this page limitation will not be read or considered. Resumes of proposed key personnel must be attached to the qualifications statement. Each resume shall be a maximum of two (2) single-sided 8 1/2 " x 11" sheets in length and should highlight education, professional credentials, and work performance on projects similar to that described below. The resume of the proposed project manager, as well as the resume(s) of proposed key technical staff must be included. Also included shall be a listing of work areas which the Consultant would subcontract out to other firms, the names of each subconsultant summarized on one (1) page, and the resumes of the sub-consultant's(s') project manager(s). The professional engineer performing the inspection shall, where appropriate, recommend subsequent investigations required to resolve uncertain conditions and corrective measures to enable the dam to continue to perform its intended functions. The intent of this project is to select the leading candidates to provide professional engineering services to perform inspections and the preparation of reports on the condition of various dams in Monmouth County The Consultant shall provide the County of Monmouth with professional services necessary to perform regular (visual) inspection or formal inspection as specified and preparation of reports on the condition of various dams in Monmouth County. The New Jersey Dam Safety inspection program required and mandated by N.J.S.A. 58:4-1 and N.J.A.C. 7:20, is intended to identify conditions that may adversely affect the safety and functionality of a dam and its appurtenant structures; to note the extent of deterioration as a basis for long term planning, periodic maintenance, or immediate repair; to evaluate conformity with current design and construction practices; and to determine the appropriateness of the existing hazard classification.
