IndyPL is planning to award the contract to Richard Lopez on September 26, 2022. This Invitation to Quote ("ITQ") issued by the Indianapolis Public Library ("IndyPL") seeks lump sum quotes from qualified vendors to provide lighting upgrade construction services ("Services") for the Central Library Atrium Upgrade Project ("Project"). The Project includes the removal and replacement of 52 light fixtures (plus 2 for attic stock) in the existing facility using the existing mounting hardware and junction boxes. All work on site shall occur while the Branch is not open for public services nor being used for a hosted event. Cutoff Date and Time for Request for Substitutions September 2, 2022, 5:00 pm EDT Answers to Questions Issued by Addendum September 6, 2022, 5:00 pm EDT Project Work Begins - Target Date January 9, 2023 Substantial Completion - Target Date January 20, 2023 Any questions regarding this ITQ must be submitted in writing and shall be directed in writing via e-mail to the Point of Contact Kevin Thomas PurchasingRFP@indypl.org IndyPL reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Quotes received because of this Invitation, to negotiate with any qualified sources, or to cancel in part or in its entirety this ITQ, if it is in the best interest of IndyPL to do so.
