Site work and paving for a civil project in Bowie, Maryland. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
WSSC is seeking a Contractor to rehabilitation of the 2 million gallon elevated water storage tank including structural repairs (ladders, platforms, hatches, antenna mounts, interior roof members etc.), with replacement of associated service and overflow piping, valves, vaults, and other appurtenances. Elevated tank will be repainted. Also included is site work, grading, access road upgrade, electrical, instrumentation, and maintaining access for communication service providers. In addition the work will include the demolition of the existing: 24-inch water service piping from the tank base to the connection at Port Echo Lane, 10-inch overflow piping as shown on Contract Drawings, the altitude control valve vault and associated piping, valves, and structure. MBE/SLBE Requirement: 24%
