The WORK includes but is not limited to minor concrete repairs located at various locations throughout the City. The City is home to trees that are planted in parkways throughout the City; these trees have established root systems often causing sidewalks to lift and crack. The majority of repairs under this agreement will be removal and repair of sidewalk panels, drive approaches, curb/gutters and ADA ramps. For greater efficiency, various locations throughout the City will be packaged together to provide Contractor with a minimum of $10,000 worth of work per mobilization. The City has a list of locations for the Contractor to complete upon commencement of the contract. The work is to be completed as needed at the CITYs direction.
