Renovation of a stadium in Finch, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.

The Township of North Stormont is inviting proposals to provide supply & install Two (2) furnaces, two (2) hot water tanks, two (2) heat exchangers, two (2) roof top units & two (2) dehumidifiers at the North Stormont Arena in Finch Ontario. It is anticipated that the scope of services to be provided includes but is not limited to: Supply and install the following: - One (1) furnace with a high efficiency 60,000 BTU N/G Furnace - One (1) furnace with a high efficiency 100,000 BTU N/G furnace - Two (2) energy recovery vent units with built in controllers - Two (2) rooftop units Carrier weather maker N/G efficient units - One (1) 100gal. N/G hot water tank with power venter - One (1) 60gal. N/G hot water tank with power venter - Two (2) dehumidifiers for ice surface ozone depletion free/easily serviced - All units must come with an operating manual RFP Documents are available on the Township website at www.northstormont.ca and can be picked up at the municipal office.
