Description

Demolition, site work and addition to a multi-residential development in Lexington, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the addition of a multi-residential development; for the demolition of a multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.

Equestrian View Extension Project. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality. Bids may not be withdrawn for 60 days after bid date. Faxed or electronic bid withdrawal will not be permitted. Bids shall be accompanied by Certified Check or Bid Bond, payable to the Owner, in amount not less than 5% of bid. Successful bidder shall provide an acceptable 100% Performance and Payment Bond within ten days of receipt of a Notice of Intent to Award the Contract. MBE and WBE partnership strongly encouraged. The bidder acknowledges and agrees that the Lexington Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids for either fiscal or technical reasons, and if applicable, to award each part of the bid separately, all parts to one contractor or all parts to multiple contractors.
