Site work for a water / sewer project in Sylvester, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project no: FY 2021 CDBG-MIT Work must be performed by a Georgia licensed contractor. Work includes providing products and performing all labor to modify three (3) box culverts, including excavation, shoring, sheeting & erosion control. Work to be awarded in one contract with a time of 180 consecutive days. Work must be performed by a Georgia licensed contractor. Bid forms must include Bid Bond no less than 10% of bid amount. If awarded Contract, bidder will submit Performance and Payment Bonds, each for 100% of Contract amount. Bonds must appear on the Treasury Department's most current Circular 570 Listing. Permits are expected to be acquired and no expected land acquisition. Any Contract awarded under this Advertisement is funded by grants from Georgia DCA-CDBG Program. Bidders must comply with 41 CFR 60-4, regarding affirmative action, ensure equal opportunity employment, and timetables and goals as applicable to project area. Project is covered by Section 3 requirements of the 1968 HUD Act and Section 3 Business Concerns are encouraged to apply. Owner reserves the right to reject bids, waive informalities, and re-advertise.
