The assured continuous supply, delivery and offloading of 48% Sulphate Aqueous Solution (Liquid Alum) for use in chemically enhanced primary treatment (CEPT) and coagulation of wastewater with the approximate 3-year total volume requirements of 9,600,000 L. The contract, if one is entered into, will be for a term of three (3) years "as and when required" with no option to extend.
