Renovation of a municipal facility in Corpus Christi, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Project Location: Regional Transportation Authority, 5658 Bear lane, CCTX 78405. INVITATION FOR BIDS FOR ROOF REPLACEMENT AT BEAR LANE OPERATIONS BUILDING IFB NO.: 2022-FC-16 Bids will be received by mail at the offices of the Corpus Christi Regional Transportation Authority, hereinafter referred to as the "CCRTA," Questions regarding this solicitation can be directed to the Procurement Department at procurement@ccrta.org. The base bid work forthis project consists of removing the existing modified bitumen roofing assembly on the upper roof, including, but not limited to the roofing base and caps sheets, flat and tapered insulation, and metal parapet caps, and providing a new thermoplastic-olefin (TPO) roofing system and metal coping that comply with the current building codes, and TDI design requirements. Existing elements on the roof, such as mechanical exhaust fans, stack vents, skylight, internal roof drains and roof hatch, will remain. The Contractor will provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision as required.
