Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Hyrum, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The project involves expansion of an existing drying bed. The work includes grading, paving, pouring 4-foot-wide concrete waterway and all civil as indicated on the construction drawings. There is NOT a Pre-Bid Meeting being held for this project. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% must accompany each Bid. Hyrum City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or items within a bid, at its sole discretion. Only bids giving a firm quotation, properly signed, will be accepted. All bids are subject to applicable Utah laws and regulations. The Owner will not award the Contract to a Bidder who is not properly licensed in Utah or if the Contract would exceed the limit of the Bidder license at the time of award.
