Reference Number : 1638908 Review Title : Geotechnical Engineering Professional Services (SS006) The National Capital Commission (NCC) wishes to retain the services of consulting engineering firms for the provision of services as and when required under a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) for s e rvices geotechnical engineering . The NCC intends to award a maximum of six (6) COCs which will be in effect for a period of four (4) years from the date of award or until the total level of expenditures is reached, whichever comes first. The projects concerned will be located in the provinces of Quebec and Ontario, within the National Capital Region. Firms deemed eligible and to whom the NCC offers a Standing Offer Agreement will be required to enter into a formal Standing Offer Agreement with the NCC. Once awarded, these Agreements will serve as contractual instruments under which individual call-ups (on a case-by-case basis) may be made. The NCC reserves the right to modify any of the provisions contained herein, and/or to issue addenda. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
