Vendors Are Advised That They May Be Liable for Hawaii State Taxes Including Hawaii General Excise Tax ( 4%) and the Applicable Use Tax (.5%). Note: for the City and County of Honolulu (the Island of Oahu), There is an Additional .5% County Surcharge Tax (Cst).
