Per specifications & drawings as bulleted in paragraph B; Project 799-B2799-006 Halifax CC Annex & Field Unit AC ADD (78-Each) Ductless Split Systems (Indoor/Outdoor Units) - Per Attached Schedule & Specifications (05-Each) Dedicated Outside Air System (Gas Heating/Electric Cooling) - Per Attached Schedule & Specifications SCOPE OF WORK: The Equipment Supplier Contractor Furnish and deliver Ductless Split Systems & Dedicated outside Air Systems per specification and quantities as listed in the Schedules per content of this IFB. Ductless Split Systems MUST be provided from one manufacture. Dedicated outside Air Systems MUST be provided from one manufacture o Ductless and Dedicated outside Air Systems are not required to be from the same manufacture Manufacturers and Model Numbers: Basis-of-Design Product: Subject to compliance with requirements, provide products, features, and accessories as specified or equivalent to those specified. Provide a factory authorized and trained technician(s) to verify the proper installation and provide a factory startup on each unit and commissioning for manufacturer warranty validation. Provide warranty validation for each unit commissioned. All equipment installation labor will be performed by the Virginia Department of Corrections Correction Construction Unit (CCU) internal workforce. B.
