Site work for a municipal facility in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
This micro purchase will be awarded as a whole or by line item, whichever is in the best interest of the City, to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Seller must quote all items in order to be eligible for award as a whole. Do not deliver or provide services until notified by department. Repair of damaged wrought iron fence. Remove all existing damaged wrought iron fence. Remove all temporary shoring. Repair the broken concrete on retaining wall near steps leading to basement. Install a 20" x 20" steel plate with concrete anchors to wall. Repair the broken bricks including limestone top using existing material on-site. Supply, fabricate and install new wrought iron fence (to match same existing design). remove all debris and clean work areas upon completion. Contact Jay Hannan at 267-886-3583 with any questions.
