Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Victoria, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
Provide all labour, materials and products as specified in the drawings and specifications to accommodate the work. Scope of work includes, but is not limited to: 1. New high efficiency Variable Refrigerant Flow air to water heat pump replacing existing natural gas boiler for Gymnasium and Multipurpose Room 2. Tennis court ventilation upgrade 3. New domestic hot water tanks 4. Replace Make Up Air Unit (MUA-1) serving changerooms 5. Associated electrical works 6. Upgrade all pneumatic controls to DDC (refer to Drawings and Specifications) 7.
