The Prime/General Contractor shall be required to provide at least two (2) references under which the Prime/General Contractor and specialty subcontractors have provided similar services in the last ten (10) years from the Bid release date. NOTICE IS ALSO GIVEN that the general prevailing wage rates have been determined by the Director of the California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) and it shall be mandatory upon the contractor to whom the contract is awarded, and upon any subcontractor, to pay not less than these specified rates to all laborers, workmen, mechanics and apprentices employed by them in execution of the contract, all in accordance with the provisions of Labor Code Sections 1770 through 1781, inclusive.
