In general, the work includes fabrication and installation of signage with lighting; coordination with City of Richmond for connection to electrical source; concrete work including but not limited to concrete foundations and patching and stucco of existing walls; demolition of existing elements/improvements within the area of work and removal and disposal of debris; traffic control; erosion control; and for all other work, items, or details reasonably inferred or not mentioned above that are required by the Drawings, Standard Specifications, of these Special Provisions. See plans for Sign #4. CONTRACTOR'S LICENSE: All bidders are subject to California contractor's licensing laws and the provisions of Business and Professions Code Section 7028.15. A California Type A and/or Type C-45 Sign Contractor, Contractor's license is required to bid this Contract. Joint ventures must secure a joint venture license prior to award of this Contract. A Concrete Contractor's Type C-8 license must be held by the Contractor or as a listed sub-contractor for concrete work. Other licenses may be required for additional specialty work.
