Renovation of an educational facility in Monroe, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The work is to be constructed under a Single Prime Contract. Contractors are hereby notified that they shall be properly licensed under the state laws governing their trades. The extent of the work is shown on the drawings and specified in the project manual. Prospective bidders may view complete sets of plans and specifications through the office of ADW Architects, p.a. during normal business hours and in the plan room of Duncan-Parnell. Each proposal must be accompanied by a bind bond in an amount of five percent (5%) of the gross amount of the proposal and executed in accordance with and conditioned as prescribed by GS 143-129, State of North Carolina. If the successful bidder fails to give satisfactory surety as required by law, the Owner will retain the above deposit. Company checks will not be accepted. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to accept any proposal as submitted, and to waive any formalities. Union County Public Schools is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
