**This project has been awarded to Lohman Excavation in the amount of $126,639. ** The project includes replacement of approximately 154 linear feet of existing 6" PVC water main with new 6" HDEP pipe with butt welded joints - 152 linear feet of 12" galvanized steel pipe casing - and 67 square yards of HMA - along with other related miscellaneous items. Bids will be opened publicly at the Palouse City Hall at 2:00 p.m. local time on September 15th - 2022 and read aloud. Bids received after the aforementioned time will not be considered. There will be no pre-bid construction.
