Orange County, North Carolina is releasing this Request for Qualifications (hereafter RFQ) seeking responses from qualified consultants to provide engineering services for proposed repair/repaving of parking lots on an as-needed basis for various parking lots across the County organization. The County is seeking firms whose combination of experience and expertise will provide timely, professional services to the County. The County reserves the right to enter into one or more contracts with any firm selected under this RFQ process. The facility portfolio includes various sizes of parking lots and driveways. As-needed professional design services for repaving and repairs span the entire facility portfolio. The County anticipates negotiating contracts with a 2-year term plus two optional oneyear renewal periods. No representation or guarantee is made regarding the quantity of work to be awarded under any as-needed service contract. The selected firm will work with an Owner design committee which shall include but not be limited to the Director of the Asset Management Services and the Capital Projects Managers. The County Manager shall have final approval on all decisions relative to these projects.
