Stanislaus Regional Housing Authority (Authority) is seeking bids from General Building Contractors (Contractor) to remove and replace existing watercoolers and plenums, at its property located at 5132 South Ave., Empire located within Stanislaus County. The Contractor will remove the existing watercoolers and plenums and replace watercooler with HVAC or Mini spilt unit. Contractor will be responsible for checking existing ducting and making sure it is operational and can be reused if HVAC is being installed. New plenum will need to be installed as well. The Contractor shall obtain all required approvals and permitting through the local governing agency, fees shall be paid by the Authority.
