Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Beckett Ridge, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
NP WCTC 10-11, LLC (Northpoint Development) is seeking proposals from qualified and licensed contractors interested in performing the public improvements scope of work within ROW for the West Chester Trade Center development located near the intersection of SR 747 and Union Centre Boulevard. This scope of work shall generally consist of the following, but not limited to: deceleration lane asphalt re-work and striping, public sidewalk construction, guardrail installation, and pedestrian bridge (furnish and install) along with foundation/abutment procurement. Work shall commence as soon as possible, and work must be completed (with exception of pedestrian bridge installation) and turned over by 11/17/22. All work to be per West Chester Twp. specifications. Currently the adjacent private development is under construction (mass cut/fill operations 80% complete). Contractor to coordinate work with General Contractor working on adjacent buildings to maintain access for the site, and cleanliness. All work must be State Prevailing Wage Rates. All reporting requirements per West Chester Township to apply. Any questions or clarifications to be submitted by 4:00pm on 9/8/22.
