Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Mont-Tremblant, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for site work for a municipal facility; and for the renovation of a industrial development.
Upgrades, expansion and optimization of the drop off centre of the Laurentides Regional County Municipality located in Mont-Tremblant. The scope of the project includes renovation of the structures present on the site and used for the waste sorting, enlargement of the platform allowing the development of 12 to 14 containers, reconstruction of the existing buildings or their displacement and redevelopment, construction a new access road leading to Route 323. The project also provides for the modernization of electrical equipment in the reception building, refill building and in the other structures, upgrading of the site lighting system. TIMELINE: The environmental authorities have not approved the project and it will not proceed. Coverage of this report has been discontinued.
