Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Cincinnati, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; road / highway; and road / highway.
This project is included in the City of Cincinnati's fiscal yeas 2024-2029 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). As of November 14, 2023, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. A firm timeline for construction has not been established; however, funding is allotted to fiscal year 2024. A detailed scope has not yet been released. This project will provide resources for improvements to Lunken Airport that are not typically funded by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) or Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT). Improvements will include, but are not limited to, rubber removal, striping, airfield and wayfinding signage, security improvements, vehicular parking lot improvements/expansion, Airport Road improvements, flood control improvements, and various airfield pavement/drainage improvements. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
