Miscellaneous Pipeline Installations, Phase II The proposed Work is generally described as follows: Work consists of installing new C900 polyvinyl chloride (PVC) pressure pipe at three sites within the City of Las Vegas and three sites within Clark County jurisdiction, all within the District's service area. The first site installs an 8-inch pipeline in Washington Avenue between Ridgemont Drive and Marie Fenlon Drive and in Washington Avenue between McDermit Street and Donner Street. The second site installs an 8-inch pipeline to replace existing 6-inch asbestos cement pipeline (ACP) in 21st Street between Sunrise Avenue and Fremont Street. The third site installs a 12-inch pipeline in Chaparral Summit Drive between Homestretch Drive and Northern DancerDrive. The fourth site installs an 8-inch pipeline in Ali Baba Lane from Valley View Drive to Procyon Street. The fifth site installs an 8-inch pipeline in Harrison Drive between Harmon Avenue and Lippizan Circle. The sixth site installs 8-inch pipeline in West and South Montara Circle to replace existing 6-inch ACP.
