Columbia County, Georgia is seeking proposals related to the acquisition and installation of Automated License Plate Reader (ALPR) Cameras, specifically for use by the Columbia County Sheriffs Office (CCSO) in certain locations throughout the county. Deadline for Questions will be Monday, October 3, 2022 at 5:00:00 PM ET Intent to Bid Due Date: Oct 11th 2022, 12:00 PM EDT Columbia County, Georgia is seeking proposals related to the acquisition and installation of Automated License Plate Reader (ALPR) Cameras, specifically for use by the Columbia County Sheriff's Office (CCSO) in certain locations throughout the county. The CCSO has identified over thirty intersections and other points of interest in which an ALPR would be an effective tool for identifying stolen vehicles or those known to be operated by persons allegedly engaged in or wanted for criminal activities. The County proposes to seek a vendor that can satisfy the needs of the CCSO through a project that may involve multiple phases in order to implement all the intersections.
