Reference number : 1637103 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-09-09 Submission sent electronically accepted: Nope The Municipality of Shigawake (hereinafter, the Municipality) is requesting tenders for the conclusion of a snow removal service contract for the winters of 2022-2023 and 2023-2024. Obtaining the documents is subject to the pricing of this organization. ELIGIBILITY Only tenders presented by tenderers having an establishment in the province of Quebec or in a territory covered by the ACCQO and ALEC agreement will be considered. TRANSMISSION OF COMPLAINTS The deadline set for the receipt of complaints filed with the Municipality under article 573.3.1.4 of the Cities and Towns Act (CQLR, c C-19) and article 938.1.2.2 of the Municipal Code du Québec (RLRQ, c C-27.1) is published on the SEAO. INFORMATION REQUEST Tenderers who wish to receive clarifications concerning the call for tenders must communicate in writing to the e-mail address of the person responsible for the call for tenders, taking care to mention the call for tenders number, and this, ten days before the closing date of the call for tenders. If such a request for clarification is received after this time, the Municipality reserves the right not to consider it. COMPLETE TENDER DOCUMENTS The Municipality incurs no responsibility for the fact that the written opinions or any documents conveyed by electronic system are incomplete or contain any error or omission whatsoever. Consequently, any tenderer must make sure, before tendering, to obtain all the tender documents.
