Site work for a water / sewer project in Yarmouth Port, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Town of Yarmouth is requesting bids for the following: Well Cleaning and Reconditioning. The work performed under this contract includes but is not limited to cleaning and/or redeveloping of five existing wells prior to April 1, 2023, and emergency well repairs for a period of one year from the effective date of the contract. Currently, the Town plans to redevelop Wells No. 13, 14, 17, 20, and 21; however, the exact wells are subject to change. The Contractor would also be responsible for work on wells resulting from an emergency condition, including a failure of a pump at any of the Towns 24 drinking water wells. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary equipment, labor, services, materials, and supplies required to recondition and clean both the well and pumping equipment in service for the Towns wells. Specific requirements are included in Exhibit 1. The Work to be done and paid for under any item shall not be limited to the exact extent mentioned or described but shall include all incidental work necessary or customarily done for the completion of that item. The Town of Yarmouth is requesting bids for Well Cleaning and Reconditioning.
