Renovation of a mixed-use development in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The professional services contract is for conducting a study to determine a master plan to optimize the existing Broken Arrow Public Safety Training Center Campus and suggest upgrades to the campus for future growth. The master plan will need to provide the Broken Arrow Fire Department and the Broken Arrow Police Department staff with some measure of "real world" conditions in Broken Arrow (risk assessment for types of incidents, structure types, incident conditions/scenarios, etc.) as well as a dynamic campus able to provide a wide range of FD and PD training scenarios. The master plan should define gaps, detail options for campus upgrades and modernization, and include estimates and price ranges for all suggestions/upgrade plans.
