The estimated quantities involved in this work consist principally of the following: Description Pavt Repr, Rem 21,225 SYD Curb and Gutter, Rem 870 FT Pavt Repr, Nonreinf Conc, 10 inch 21,225 SYD Curb and Gutter, Conc, Det F3 870 FT Dr Structure, Adj, Case 1 12 EA Pavt Mrkg, Polyurea, 4 inch, Yellow 26,855 FT Pavt Mrkg, Polyurea, 4 inch, White 9,750 FT Pavt Mrkg, Wet Reflective, Type R, Tape, 4 inch, Yellow, Temp 70,675 FT A certified check or a satisfactory surety bid bond for a sum not less than five (5) percent of the amount of the proposal will be required with each proposal as a guarantee of good faith and same to be subject to the conditions stipulated in the Instructions to Bidders. The bidder will be required to comply with Michigan statutory prohibitions against discrimination in employment and with employment opportunities for City of Pontiac residents. No proposal submitted may be withdrawn for at least ninety (90) days after the actual opening of the proposal. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities, and further reserves the right to accept any bid or parts of bids that it deems to best serve the interest of the City.
