Renovation of an educational facility in Erin, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Work consists of restoration of approximately 78,000 sq. ft. of roofing on the Houston County High School with a liquid-applied, bio-based, two-component, polyurethane roof restoration system. Contractor shall also be responsible for worker protection, environmental pollution control, waste disposal and all other ancillary actions required to complete the Work as shown on the Drawings. A Bid Bond shall accompany all Bids in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid. For all further requirements regarding Bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. The Houston County Board of Education reserves the right, as its interest may require, to reject any and/or all Bids and to waive informalities herein.
