Renovation of an educational facility in Granite Falls, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Minnesota West Community and Technical College 1593 11th Avenue Granite Falls, MN 56241. The Architect/Engineer and/or College/University Representatives will review the bidding procedures, Bidding Documents and other conditions with interested Bidders and answer questions. This project provides a new central chiller, chilled water piping, and two new air handling units and capacity to connect chilled water to all air handling units. Bid Bond: 5% Performance Bond: 100% Payment Bond: 100% Prevailing Wage Rate: Yes In the event that Substantial Completion of the Work has not occurred on or before August 5, 2023, then commencing on August 6, 2023, and continuing for each day or fraction thereof until Substantial Completion of the Work is established, the Contractor shall pay to the Owner, at the sole option of the Owner, the amount of One Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($1,000.00) per calendar day ("Liquidated Damage Amount"). If the contractor can who evidence of material delays due to current material shortages, the substantial completion date will be adjusted accordingly.
