The Executive Committee is seeking technical support in the following areas related to water and aquatic resources: design, construction, operation, reclamation, decommissioning, closure and post-closure monitoring of mining activities and infrastructure including heap leach facilities; cyanide management; water resources including modelling; aquatic resources; informing, evaluating and predicting baseline conditions; and codes, standards, guidelines, practices, adaptive management and best available technology for mitigating adverse effects of mining activities and infrastructure to water and aquatic resources. Official bid documents must be obtained from Merx and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
