Only tenders prepared on the official tender forms provided by the City of Blainville will be considered. Each tender must be accompanied by a certified cheque, bank draft or an unconditional and irrevocable bank guarantee letter in the amount of $2,000 for lot #1 , $4,000 for lot #2 and $4,000 $ for lot #3 , or a bid bond, in favor of the City of Blainville, as bid security. The City of Blainville does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received and it will not incur any obligation or expense of any kind whatsoever towards the tenderer(s).
