Site work for a water / sewer project in Oregon, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The scope of work includes cleaning, video inspecting, and lining by cured-in-place of 8 inch , I 0 inch, 18 inch, and 24 inch diameter sanitary sewers. The work also includes sanitary sewer lateral rehabilitation by trenchless cured-in-place lining methods, sanitary sewer manhole lining, and related work. All bids shall be signed and submitted on the blank provided and shall include all documents as obtained from the City. Bid blanks shall not be removed from the specifications. Bids shall include the price for labor, equipment and material on the blanks provided; shall be enclosed with the bid bond, certified check or cashier's check sealed in an envelope "SANITARY SEWER REHABILITATION PROJECT - TRUNK SEWER AND MISCELLANEOUS LATERAL IMPROVEMENTS" and addressed to said Director of Public Service. Technical questions regarding the project should be e-mailed to Don Nelson, Environmental Specialist, at the City of Oregon (dnelson@oregonohio.org).THE PROJECT CONSISTS OF THE REHABILITATION OF 460 UNEAR FEET OF 8 INCH SANITARY SEWER. 1,555 LINEAR FEET OF 10 INCH SANITARY SEWER. 1,500 LINEAR FEET OF 18 INCH SANITARY SEWER. AND 475 LINEAR FEET OF 24 INCH SANITARY SEWER BY LINING THE EXISTING SEWER WITH A CURED IN PLACE METHOD THE PROJECT ALSO INCLUDES THE HEAVY CLEANING OF 1,632 LINEAR FEET OF 20' SANITARY SEWER AND 196 LINEAR FEET OF 21" SANITARY SEWER. THE PROJECT ALSO INCLUDES THE LINING OF 38 SANITARY SEWER LATERALS, AND 270 VLF OF SANITARY SEWER MANHOLES AND RELATED WORK. The City of Oregon Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Project Trunk Sewers and Miscellaneous Lateral Improvements project is intended to improve the overall condition and quality of the existing sanitary sewers in various areas of the City of Oregon. The existing sanitary sewers, ranging in size from 8-inch to 24-inch diameter, are deteriorated and are in need of lining as called out on the project drawings. Some sewers have been lined previously and need cleaning to remove settled debris in the pipe. The project will use a cured-inplace lining process to rehabilitate existing sanitary sewer pipes. This project also includes the rehabilitation of sanitary sewer lateral pipe by trenchless cured-in-place lining in various areas as shown on the project drawings. Sanitary sewer manholes will also to be lined.
