The City and Borough of Juneau (CBJ) is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to provide a Bartlett Regional Hospital Parking Study Juneau is Alaskas Capital City. The CBJ municipal offices are located at 155 South Seward Street, Juneau, Alaska 99801. The Engineering Department is located on the 3rd Floor of the Marine View Center, 230 South Franklin Street, Juneau, Alaska. No Proposer documentation will be accepted as proof of receipt. Prior to any deadline, Proposers are strongly encouraged to confirm receipt of any submitted documents with the Purchasing Division. All electronic submittals must be uploaded as an Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF). Proposers will not secure, password protect or lock uploaded files; the City must be able to open and view the contents of the file. Proposers will not disable or restrict the ability of the City to print the contents of an uploaded file. Scanned documents or images must be of sufficient quality, no less than 150 dpi, to allow for reading or interpreting the words, drawings, images or sketches. The City may disqualify any Submittal Response that does not meet the criteria stated in this paragraph. Disadvantaged Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond.
