As of September 7, 2022, a general contractor has not yet been selected for this project. A firm construction timeline for this project has not yet been released. Fusco Management Company, LLC (hereinafter Fusco Management or Property Manager), will be accepting Proposals from contractors qualified to submit proposals for the Stamford Transportation Center and Merritt 7 train station. Proposals must be either: 1.2.1 Emailed to Teri Byrne at tbyrne@fusco.com and with the subject line to include: PROPOSAL ENCLOSED; 1.2.2 Or Mailed, via US Mail or Courier Service, in a separate SEALED ENVELOPE within the mailing package plainly marked on the outside with the following information: Landscape Maintenance Services and Snow Removal for the Stamford and Merritt 7 Transportation Centers 1.3 All proposals shall be good for a period of Ninety (90) calendar days from the Proposal Date, unless otherwise noted. Should there be reasons why the contract cannot be awarded within the specified period, the time may be extended by mutual agreement. All Requests for Information (RFI) for interpretations and/or clarifications to the Proposal Documents and Contract Documents must be submitted in writing electronically to Fusco Management Company, LLC, and directed to Teri Byrne at tbyrne@fusco.com. No oral statement shall be effective to waive, change or otherwise modify any provision of the Contract Documents, and no proposer shall rely on any alleged oral statement. Every question relating to the Proposal Documents and Contract Documents shall be in the form of a written RFI. 6.2 RFIs must be submitted on Monday, September 12th, by 5:00 PM. This will be the final day for submitting all RFIs. Any RFI received after that date will not be answered.
