Demolition, site work, new construction and renovation of a water / sewer project in Loveland, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Work includes, but is not limited to, demolition, removal, replacement, installation of new equipment and/or modifications to existing equipment to the following areas and processes: demolition of existing sludge storage tanks; construction of three new sludge storage tanks and installation of jet mixing systems; demolition of existing pump building; construction of new pump building and installation of associated electrical and controls; demolition of existing odor control system; installation of new carbon adsorption odor control unit, new foul air ducting, and associated instrumentation and controls; demolition of existing sludge loadout station; and construction of new sludge loadout station. This project will utilize Water Pollution Control Loan Fund (WPCLF) funding. As such, as a condition of receiving capitalization grants from U.S. EPA for the WPCLF and the Water Supply Revolving Loan Account (WSRLA), the Ohio EPA negotiates "fair share" Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) objectives with U.S. EPA. The current negotiated goals for construction related activities are 1.3% of all contracts to MBEs and 1.0% of all contracts to WBEs. Bidders are cautioned to read, understand, and complete the WPCLF forms in their entirety. Failure to do so may render the bid non-responsive.
