Proposers will be permitted to ask additional questions at the Proposers' Conference. Responses to all submitted questions will be available for public viewing in Sourcing under the RFQ. Vendors shall electronically upload a single .pdf containing ALL components of the bid into i Supplier by the RFQ Bid Submission Deadline. NYCHA will NOT accept hardcopy Bids or bids via e-mail, fax, or mail. Instructions for registering for i Supplier can be found at . After Proposer registers for i Supplier, it typically takes 24 to 72 hours for Proposer's i Supplier profile to be approved. It is Vendors sole responsibility to complete i Supplier registration and submit its Bid before the RFQ Bid Submission Deadline.
